Delivery Information

Orders are generally despatched same or next business day, however please allow up to 3 business days for despatch to allow for busy periods. This does not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

All orders are despatched using Royal Mail 24 Tracked which is delivered within 1-3 business days, but typically the next business day.

Damaged Goods & Returns

If, in the unlikely event you have any damaged goods or need to return something to us please send an email to contact@crafthq.co.uk with the following information to enable us to assist you as quickly as we can:

1. Your order number
2. Your issue
3. Photos of the issue

We will then review and arrange a replacement or discuss your return.

We don't offer free returns. However, if you receive a product which is faulty then we will refund you the postage cost you incurred to send the item back. If you are returning an item because you don't like, want or need it then we will not be able to refund the postage cost for that.
